Quality Control is composed of in-come material test, in process test and delivery test. Each test contains many test procedures.
For instance, battery test procedures:
Cell Selection → Cell 100% test → COB calibration and test → semi-finished function test →cycle test → semi-finished test after cycle test → Ultrasonic welding → Finished Test → Battery Installed in original Laptop test → Package → In W/H and for delivery.
